Effective August 14, 2026. These terms govern use of the Summit Path Ridge website and early conversations about our modular homes.
2. Website information
We aim to keep descriptions, images, indicative prices, and timelines accurate, but they are general information rather than a binding offer. Site conditions, regulations, specifications, and availability can change.
3. Enquiries and consultations
Submitting a form does not create a construction contract or reserve a model. We may contact you to clarify your requirements, site, budget, and preferred timetable before preparing a proposal.
4. Proposals and pricing
Any proposal will identify its scope, assumptions, exclusions, taxes, delivery terms, and validity period. A price becomes binding only when both parties sign the applicable written agreement.
5. Construction agreements
Home projects are governed by the signed construction or supply agreement, approved drawings, specifications, payment schedule, and applicable building requirements. Those documents prevail over general website content.
6. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate site information, secure access and permissions, make agreed payments, and review plans promptly. Delays or additional costs may result when customer-provided information is incomplete or conditions differ materially.
7. Intellectual property
Site text, drawings, photographs, illustrations, branding, and software belong to Summit Path Ridge or our licensors. You may view the site for personal or business evaluation, but may not copy, modify, sell, or redistribute its materials without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, or use our forms for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes.
9. Third-party services
The site may link to services operated by others. Summit Path Ridge is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or terms, and your use of those services is governed by their own agreements.
10. Disclaimers
